By using our Service, you consent to receive SMS messages, phone calls, and emails related to your property management. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard messaging rates apply as determined by your mobile carrier.
Chimi Rental charges a flat rate of $40 per property per month. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are billed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and technology, is owned by Chimi Rental and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any data, information, or content you provide to the Service ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to provide such content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., property management systems, payment processors). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIMI RENTAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chimi Rental and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
